Here is however what I would like to know... which one is more stable, i.e. feels more planted in turns and at high speeds?

Both are very planted and very stable. However i'd have to give the edge to the Supra. It feels more confidence inspiring. I've taken more aggressive turns in that car at higher speeds than compared to the M2. Same roads as well.
I think part of it is the lower center of gravity as well as the seating position. I'll give a more detailed explanation later on in the year. i have a few track days and autocross days lined up in 2021.
