Yes, Euro maps. My understanding is it is $0 deductible and covers everything. However, they've switched providers (used to be Allianz) and it no longer covers the Nurburgring...something to be aware of. |
It wasn't clear to me if the the US maps were already loaded on the car. They give me a thumb drive with euro maps. The delivery specialist put it on for me and he told me not to remove it till I drop off the car. I had to unplug and plug back the thumb drive a couple time times because the maps won't load. Other than that, the maps worked fine generally. In one instance, I was turned around a bit because the roads were closed. Connected drive wasn't functional so any traffic/road closures weren't flagged. I relied on google maps in that one instance.
On the insurance front, it is still Allianz. The contract explicitly states that driving on a race track isn't covered. Other than that, it covers accidents and theft with 0 deductible.
