Yeah not a fun job, you have to remove the fuel rail, fuel lines, valve cover, lock in timing, remove the valve springs with a special tool which is not fun since they're under a lot of tension, and the put it all back in which also requires need valve cover seals etc. If you diy it'll be time consuming and a huge PITA, but the only costs are the parts and tools which is not too bad. If you get a shop to do it you will probably have to pay alot in labor.
