From what I know about STFT, a reading of 1.0 is the car delivering the fuel per the 02 sensor reading. Anything more than that and it's adding more fuel. Less than that and it's taking it away. I believe it's a lagging indicator after it reads the AFR/Lambda, so not really useful unless the numbers are way off - I know I asked you to add it, but after seeing all the other inputs and that yours doesn't change much, you probably don't need it. If your HPFP wasn't able to keep up, I would expect the STFT to go over 1.1-1.2.
STFT is calculated when in closed loop/full throttle based upon mostly/only the readings from the o2 sensor (as opposed to LTFT which is used for open loop/partial throttle which is based upon multiple sensor and refers to a "map.")
