Did you (1) unplug the battery to do a mod without letting the computer cuclr off (minute wait with remote far away), (2) do a mod that involved anything electrical without unplugging the battery, or (3) let it sit in heavy rain or a heavy car wash. If (1) or (2) you probably fried the audio module and will need to have the dealer reset it. If (3) you probably fried the amp and will need the dealer to replace.
