The best way to find out is to look at your build sheet, or use a VIN decoder. If you have 8S4 on your build, then you don't have the VLD (which this thread is about).
If you have 5AP on your build, then you don't have the Glare Free High Beam, which is not what this thread was about, but is very cool. As I said, I've not been able to get GFHB / NGHB to work on my LCI US M2, and I've heard that it's not possible on the Pre-LCI cars either.
