There's an $8k-$9k incentive from BMW Canada right now (only on the CS) plus aggressive discount of similar amount or more will get you to the $1100-1200 range.
Keep in mind this is on the leftover 2019s not on the 2020s. The M4 comps you're seeing were probably leased at 5.9% with normal discount which puts them in the $1400+ range. |
Even at 1.9% lease and 20k off, and decent residual, it will be difficult to get it under $1250/mth without downpayment.
Nways that's just the math off the top of my head but I could be wrong. However anything under $1300/mth with lease protection is a great deal for the CS though not for me cuz I can't do without an armrest lol.
