Agree it is BMW not apple...BMW charge plenty for many of their "BMW Connected" services and in Australia many that were included when I acquired the vehicle will expire in 3 years time and require paying for if I want to extend. |
I'm pretty sure they now extended it to 4 years. I believe that's what is on the 2018 M2 and the 2019 X5. I'll double check but I pretty sure I remember them telling me.
I had to pay for 1 year on the 2016 X5 after the 3rd year. We depend on the real time traffic.
