Your CA can send you a screenshot of all this. I think BMW has some newer employees that are working from home without the benefit of training and traditional supervision. Thats where i got confused too, myCA sent screenshot of prod dates and the BMW genius guy said the same thing he saw in the system, agree with you on the quality of guys, 1st guy i spoke in the morning knew nothing and the 2nd guy in the evening seems far more knowledgeable, its a hit or miss
Looks like production should complete by 3rd week of August as its expected to go to production next week
