Actually, I kept the stock wheel, but replaced the stock trim with the CF trim. I really like how it matches with the rest of the trim pieces in the car.
The big reason why I didn't go with the alcantara wheel is because it doesn't keep the heated steering wheel functionality, not willing to let that go. |
Oh yeah, I need the heated wheel too. It looks like I will have to replace both the front and the back trims on my wheel. Front will be CF trim and the back the standard plastic having the damage.
Do you have a picture to share? When you order the trim, does it come with both trim pieces front/back? Thanks again! |
