I had a bad experience with delivery of my last car. I made the purchase site unseen. I paid to have it shipped in an enclosed trailer. The car was so filthy that the shipping company wouldn't even put one of their car covers on it for fear the car cover would scratch the paint on the next car.
They left the car sitting outside in the snow, and claimed they didn't know when the truck was arriving. I did get some remedy through Jaguar corporate $600 vouchers and about $300 worth of accessories.
My advice is to not sign the final paperwork without a video conference with the SA walking over the car.
