MSS lowers 0-30mm.
You'd have to wait until you get more reviews from customers that have gone on track before making that judgement. I believe you know Dino who has the MSS on his M2 and was happy with the performance on the track.

Thanks Imran, could you please a bit elaborate on how the additional adjustments of the height work in case you don't "get it perfect" first time?
Is it possible to just lift the car and simply adjust, is it reachable easily in "home " environment?
