bm3 bad customer support experience

I've been going back and forth with bm3 support and it's been very frustrating dealing with my issues. I'm getting replies from different people and getting a run around of the same reply because no one seems to be paying attention and I have to keep repeating myself of what I need.

I'm currently trying to get the map update for ACN 91 stage 1 tune and I have the beta version 5.7. I was told there was an updated version 6.4 and I need to update my wifi agent which I did through some flashing sd card to get latest firmware. I then showed them proof and said I still don't see the updated ACN 91 stage 1 and then the same guy tells me I have the latest version when he had showed me the other day there is a newer updated version? I mean are u serious right now?? proTUNING Freaks

Has anyone had bad experience with them?
