I had the opposite experience with him. He strung me along for a month or so saying they had a M2 allocation before I knew better. This was a year ago when finding a Q2 2017 allocation was next to impossible. Email response tended to be a little slow too. Luckily found an allocation from someone on this forum that was half way across the county.
