There's huge variance in ambient and track temps. But surely all things being equal i.e. same day/track conditions, you'd expect better than a 1.7% performance increase (116 seconds - CS vs. 118 seconds - Competition) in lap time, once you factor in the CS' greater power, better track suited tyres (tires for US folk) and more fade resistant brake setup?
