I am not a skier so snow tires are not necessary. Just looking for a good cold weather rain tire. I was thinking about getting Michelin A/S 3+ tires. But reviews say they are quite noisy.

I run Michelin Alpins 245/40/18. Better than AWD vehicles with All Season tires. I'm in the NorthEast, lots of ice and snow.
