Lol thanks for your concern, I grew up in the south of Germany so I've had plenty of snow time. I just wasn't sure if Ottawa was like most of Alberta where snow clearing only happens on main roads.
Like I said, I won't have to drive the M2 on a daily basis so I don't think having 3 cars is necessary.
