he's probably talking about potential issues with the 48volt system and over the air updates. The rumors was the c8 was delayed by 6months because of the electrical issues with the 48volt system...thats why the c8 didn't debut in jan with the North American Auto show.
but GM in general has pretty good experience dealing with high voltage systems from their bolt/volt development.
