I am also running PFC-08 compound pads all around. I struggled with braking -- the M2 pedal doesn't feel as linear and progressive as that on my previous E46 M3. I was braking too early, and too much for most sessions as I figured everything out.

I remember seeing your car at Tremblant. I was in the Black M2! My front driver's Re-71R is finished after 5 days there so I'm going to look into getting a dedicated set of square track wheels and tires. Good to know that 255/35 square is working out for you.
