On my E63 E63 M6, every 12-14 months if not tracking. If tracking then new OEM rotors every 4-6 track days with Cool Carbon Brake Pads. If I only do a couple of track days at a time then I change every 6 months.
A good relationship with your SA is necessary. As in every good relationship, a bit of give and take is necessary and when they tell me that I have to pay for something in relationship to tracking the car, I just pay.
