I wanted the right corner pocket for storing other things I need/use all the time so I decided to look under the pocket for additional space. If you pull the plastic pocket up/out, you'll find a whole bunch of space below it! My first aid kit is soft but I wrapped in a microfiber cloth, dropped it down the hole and put the plastic pocket back. Job done.
