I never did this install, so I can't say for certain. But it looks to me like you remove this yellow cover to access it, then there might be a bolt holding the piece on somewhere in the green section, then maybe you have to remove this blue plastic rivet thing too.
Or it's simpler than that and you just remove the yellow cover then the strut tower cover just pops off.
Doesn't look hard at all either way.
