A few weeks ago I heard through the grapevine the figure of 90 out of 131 sold. And probably a part of it consists of cars ordered by BMW M dealers without orders signed by customers.
So whoever lusts after an M2 CS and is willing to shell out the cash: over here no 'waiting list', no 'dealer mark up' and as demand is low, for sure you can negotiate a discount.
Imagine for a moment how M2 CS sales would have fared here with the same price-point but without the "limited edition" marketing trap.
