Stock is 600 cell. 200/300 cell adds about 10+ peak hp and 15+ low down torque, flashed or not. Going from high flow to catless adds absolutely zero power at the stock/STG1 turbo power level. We tested everything with our abuse car in 2017.

After the O2 sensor that sits in the middle of downpipe, there is a second cat chamber (4' in dia) with the 300 cell, compared to the straight 3' pipe with 200 cell. 4' pipe has 77% more cross section area than 3', which is why 300 cell isn't really more restrictive.

The sound difference between 200 and 300 cell is not all that much, though catless is massively louder. If 200 is too loud for you, so would be the 300. But pretty much every one I know can live with high flow mated to stock cat back.

200 cell adds power and sound with minimal loss of stock drivability. 300 cell trade a bit loudness for 100% stock and is the best value IMO.
