I've been getting the interior light error code since my car was new. I can clear the code but it just comes back. AFAIK it doesn't hurt anything.
DME incorrect data error code happens when there is a flash tune. I don't think it causes any effect. The only way to get rid of it from my experience is to flash back to stock.
If you are talking about a light on the dash drivetrain malfunction, I don't think it would be necessarily connected to the error codes because they are very common.
