Something I noticed in ISTA diagnostics (if you have it) is you can run recalibration for a new OPF.
I.e. if lets say you had your OPF replaced by BMW the DME needs to be re-set to accept the new OPF pressure characteristics.
So I wonder if resetting this with an OPF delete (or non EC approved back box etc) would mean the DME would then except that new back-pressure as being "correct" if that makes sense?
