Manual can be fun, but DCT is also extremely satisfying. After driving the ZF8 for a year, I still miss the instant, zero torque loss gratification that comes with a DCT upshift. You don't get that from the ZF8 and certainly don't get it with a manual. Ripping through all seven gears with the engine whining like a really pissed off baby - I love it.
