That "article" provides 0 empirical evidence to support the rankings of any of those oils. It's more or less a reading of the labels and marketing of each of those oils. No technical specs, empirical values...nothing. Nothing of value.
It's quite well known that the NOACK rating of BMW oil is terrible and borders on the upper limit of the acceptable percentage. It's a "suitable" oil but no where near the best oil for our cars.
