They removed the helmet a while ago. Here's what I got this weekend:
-2 nights at the Miramonte Resort (hotels vary)
-Transportation to and from the performance center
-Dinner the night before (this varies--you may get a coupon for dinner at the hotel/resort the first night), breakfast both days (may also be at the hotel), lunch both days, dinner at the performance center after the 1st day
-Exclusive BMW M School jacket
-Performance school polo
-The usual goodies (hat, t-shirt, pen, notebook, water bottle)
As for track data and video, they recommend a few different track data apps or the M Laptimer (iPhone only) that works with the iDrive. Video is bring your own GoPro.
I'm fairly certain they record video for you in the advanced school, but I don't know what goodies you get
