Yes. You are currently running nearly maximum OEM spec toe in. It can be good for high speed stability and putting power down on turn exit. But it wears tires and adds to understeer on turn entry and mid turn. With stock staggered tires I like to run on the low end of the OEM spec, something like 0.05 per side for 0.10 total.
