I'm not crazy about the OEM DTM style rings either but the icon visions just don't do it for me. Didn't want to spend the money on something I wouldn't love. What I really wanted was a proper LCI retrofit but the cost wasn't justifiable so I just did the black out as a cheaper alternative to make it look a bit nicer. Still a little unhappy with my headlights but now I'm much less unhappy at least, lol. To each their own of course as taste is subjective. Looking forward to pics once they're installed.
