So anyway, I haven't done my genius appointment yet, and having owned BMWs for 19 years, what would I learn? I kinda know all the features, menu options, RTFM etc. Is there any value to this appointment for me? Did anyone learn anything new? I spoke to my genius by phone as he called about an appointment and I could barely understand him so haven't bothered to go and teach him a few things.
