OP, thanks for taking your time doing the summary. I'll contribute wherever I see fit or I can.
There're two points that you will want to correct though -
1) The key to qualifying for a Stage 2 Hybrid turbo is the Turbine upgrade. It's what takes the exhaust momentum and drive the entire turbo assembly. Upgraded turbine must be freer flow and has less backpressure which unlocks top end power, huge.
2) TTE460 is a Stage Two turbo and an excellent one.
