If both are available at the same $$$, OEM MPerf kit will retain OEM robust warranty whereas KW only warrant their kit not any consequential failure of surrounding parts ie top mounts/joints etc.
I believe spring rates on MPerf kit is slightly softer than KWV3 too.
I run MPerf kit on my m2 and very happy as DD + ~6TD's pa
