Anyone getting 10% off MSRP on the west coast is almost definitely picking up a DCT on the lot. 6MTs are incredibly hard to find on a lot period, let alone in the color you want. So for 6MT ordering is the way to go and for ordering while you can get under MSRP on the west coast (I got about 5% off MSRP in September), I'd be surprised if you could get close to 10% off MSRP.
