You can do any turbo (hardware) with any tune (software), as long as they’re set up to work together.
I chose the Dinan turbo bc it’s good bang for the buck and most all the larger turbos introduce lag or fueling issues on the N55.
As for the Dinan tune, that’s what I started with and it’s great for what it is: conservative power with a warranty. I decided to try BM3 to squeeze a little more power out, bc I have an annual track battle with my Uncle that I’m prepping for (
), but now I’m exposed on the engine warranty side.
My Dinan tune is unlocked for Stages 1-4 and has the Dinan warranty, so if any of you guys want to try their tune, shoot me a PM and we’ll make a deal.
