That's what I'm thinking too. Drive a manual while I still can. I don't care if it's faster or slower. I want to go old school. I am switching from a Tesla - I want to have fun driving again. But I wonder if I will regret it after the old school thing wears off.
Don't make decisions based on future hypothetical situations...if you want a manual now, buy one.

If the novelty wears off, there will be plenty of buyers lining up to buy from you.

If it doesn't, you continue to enjoy the car.

In either scenario you end up driving a manual for as long as it's fun for you. But this only happens if you buy now.
