Yes, they have already installed the new PPF. The car has already been at the PPF detailer for a few days. I told them to just go ahead and install over the original piece, mainly because i didn't want them peeling it off and possibly damaging the paint. However, as everyone is saying, it is not a problematic process to remove the original piece.

I'm going to double check with them tomorrow to see if they did remove the original piece anyway. But if they haven't, then i will just have to leave it"doubled up" as I don't want them to remove the new PPF and do it again. If the old piece is noticeable under the new ppf, then I'm ok with that. I just don't want any annoying complications resulting from it.
