i explained that (this was a thursday) that i had bought it especially for use on the weekend, they overnighted me (FREE) a new one which got there on friday morning and sent me a label to afix to the defective ones box that i just handed to the UPS guy when he dropped the new one off friday morning!
serisouly they have great prices and given that experience ill neever order anywhere else
