This will be an exceptional oil for your BMW and was the gold standard back in the N54 days when there weren’t many LL-01 options on the box store shelf.
My recommendation has always been that you stick with the LL-01FE 0w-30 for a stock tune (even with track use), and step it up to a LL-01 if you are running a tune. The added torque at low RPM from a tune may need some extra protection for the rod bearings.
