I also had my stock wheel covered by Coby (grey 9002 alcantara, tri-color stitching, no center stripe) for half the cost of the CS wheel.
Quality was excellent. I wanted alcantara with steering wheel heat. You can choose padding level, but here is a comparison of the CS wheel and the Coby covered stock wheel:

I never installed the Coby (sold it) and stuck with the fat CS wheel. I do regret sending in my pristine leather wheel. I should have bought a donor wheel and kept the stock leather in a box on my shelf!
I still have 4 pictures of the Coby wheel if you want to inspect for quality.
