I can't speak for certain, but I believe Bimmercode doesn't allow access to safety-related aspects. Either way, E-sys is a better system for this kind of change.
If you're just removing the seats like I've done (pair of Recaro Profis), but keeping the factory belts and tensioners, see the attached. Doing this will send faults to the car so you'll need to clear those after coding has been done.
