However, that being said the larger the intercooler the more difficult it will be to install, especially if you are doing it on jack stands because you will be bench pressing a 50-60lbs block of aluminium inches from your face with one arm in a weird position (meaning it is extremely hard to lift) while your other arm is trying to screw it in.

It's not going to weigh anywhere near the much, but yeah it could be a tad more difficult to install. The biggest question is "what are you using it for?"
