As others have suggested, put a piece is soft side Velcro there to eliminate the noise. Interestingly my M2C came with this tape installed on the seat belt clip on both sides. I've had squeaking/noise issues in my F10 in this area where this was the fix. Now it looks like BMW is proactively adding these to the M2C at the factory. Tape in this location may not fix your issue, but could also be a source of the squealing. Mine is an October 2019 build
