I mean the shock. I guess that they could live longer with smoother roads than in my country (Belgium). Still, they are designed for performance, not longevity, and are supposed to live much less than normal bumpers. If one breaks, you have to replace the pair (front or rear), which means a cost of 1k€ + manpower. Still, I read that KW can refurbish them for ~100€ per shock. I won’t do it, as my suspension is still under warranty.
Interestingly, the mechanics at my BMW garage told me that even the stock coilovers of the M4 GTS break easily...
