In America, sometimes you have to sue people to get somewhere. Unfortunately it’s just part of the game. You must take risks if you want rewards.
I personally have confidence that should something arise, Noelle would step up. Probably not as quick as a bmw warranty claim, but I doubt they wouldn’t want the issue resolved in a timely manner for everyone’s sake.
They didn’t have to offer a warranty. They chose to for a reason.
