If you're having a shop install it, I doubt you'll be able to keep it under $1000. Most shops are likely going to charge ~ 2 hours of labor. Depending on the shop, thats around $200-300.
You're looking for an option under $700. Short of Chinese knockoffs, theres only a couple that fall into that range if you're looking for a full front lip.

I actually just ordered one of these, expect to get it in a few weeks. This is likely the only full front lip available at this price range.
