That, and when I see pictures of E36 M3s, the ones with cloth seats have stood the test of time much better than leather.
Either way, if it's cloth or Alcantara, it's something that will make the CS feel more special. One thing I'm not seeing on these spy pics though is single zone climate control. Everything still looks dual zone. I'd prefer single zone, again, as something do differentiate the CS.
I don't care about comfort access or an armrest, to me that's not what these cars are about. I know I'm in the minority here.

Not to forget: Having the car seats professionally reupholstered (not just adding slip covers, but completely replacing the old material with a chosen fabric, adding foam or batting where needed ) typically costs $200-$600 per seat.
