I had the bypass on my OG N55 M2 with MPE and it was definitely worth it. If you're running an aftermarket exhaust setup, ASD needs to go off because it's out of synch and will enhance drone.
This said, on M2C with stock setup, keeping ASD on is not the end of the world. I'm not a fan of the artificial sound but I can't say the overly quiet cabin is a big upgrade. Installing REMUS exhaust soon and that's when ASD off sounds like a good idea.
