I guess you guys only have a regular old M2 Competition UNTIL you put the performance parts, then it gets performance!  oh BMW...
On a more serious note, I thought the whole "M Performance" thing was started with cars like my "M" 235i to bridge the gap between regular series and the M variants, kinda like how in the past the 335iS filled the gap between the regular 335i and the e92 M3.
I really don't get the need to put M Performance on anything made for the M2C, the CF parts they created stand out on their own, they don't need any special branding. |
They are creating an "aftermarket" brand. So instead of buying from mode carbon or Remus, you are buying after market parts from M Performance. Ingenius way to tap into the active aftermarket parts industry and increase revenue.
